Subscriptions with Berry and Friends gives you free shipping* after your first order. To qualify, a subscription must be for monthly delivery and have a minimum value of £15.

If you have a subscription with Berry and Friends, you can pause it up to twice per year (with at least two weeks’ notice) for a maximum of one month without losing your subscription benefits. Please be aware that when there are bank holidays, shipping may be delayed by 1-2 days. 

If you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, please contact us at: hello@berryandfriends.co.uk. If you have a subscription due within two working days of cancelling, we will do our best to cancel however this may not be possible, in which case the buyer would need to return the item(s) as received at their own cost.
