Terms and conditions

  1. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, but occasionally we may need extra time. Should there be a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  2. Postcodes excluded from the mainland postage are for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Isles. Please see at checkout for the postage options for these areas.
  3. Postcodes AB10-16, AB21-25, AB30-56, BT1-82, BT92-94, DD6-11, EH35-40, EH42-46, FK14, FK18-19, FK20, FK21, PA20-80, PH6-16, PH20-26, PH30-50, JE and GY, IV1-56, IV63, KA 27-28, KW1-17,  HS1-9, All IM, KY9-10, KY14-16,  PH17-19, TD1-8, TD10-14, TR21-25, ZE1-3 are subject to an additional 1-2 days delivery time.
  4. Tracking numbers are provided for orders to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding the above postcodes. Contact us at hello@berryandfriends.co.uk if you don’t receive a tracking number with your despatch note and we’ll be happy to help.
  5. Any order discrepancies or damage must be reported on the day of your order being received. If an order arrives damaged, please send pictures, your order number and contact details within 24 hours of delivery to hello@berryandfriends.co.uk in order for us to raise a claim.
  6. If you do not receive your order within five working days of despatch, please contact us at hello@berryandfriends.co.uk.
  7. Please contact us ASAP on hello@berryandfriends.co.uk if you need to amend or cancel your order. Orders are generally processed within a few hours of receiving and once processed, it may not be possible to amend. 
  8. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and/or postcodes inputted on the order. Address changes or cancellations cannot be actioned after the order is complete. Orders sent to the incorrect address can only be resent once returned to us and will be subject to additional postage costs. If a refund is required it will be minus the outbound and return postage costs.
  9. If you need to return your order, it will be at your own cost and outbound postage will not be refunded. Refunds are not actioned until the goods are received back to Berry and Friends Natural Treats and we have confirmed they are in the same condition as when sent.
  10. Multiple portions will be packaged together to reduce the amount of packaging used.
  11. If you require treats to be packaged separately, or in separate boxes, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that there may be a small charge for additional packaging.
  12. All sizes and weights where given are approx.
  13. The products supplied by Berry and Friends Natural Treats are natural so sizes, colours, and shapes of products will vary.
  14. We cannot guarantee that the treats have not been in contact with our other animal-based products, so if your dog has a serious allergy please contact us before ordering.
  15. Use by date of the treats is a minimum of three months, provided the treats are stored in a dry, cool area, out of direct sunlight.
