Can any dogs enjoy these treats?

Yes! Although treat sizes can vary and therefore smaller ones may be suitable for smaller dogs, we have treats that are suitable for any breed and age of dog.

We recommend consulting with your vet in you are unsure which treats may best benefit your dog.

Where are these treats made?

The treats are produced in the UK (exotic meats are sourced from trusted farms in Australia & America) using only human grade meats, plus natural and organic ingredients that are not only wholesome goodness but are also supporting British farmers. All treats are free from grains, gluten, additives and preservatives.

I’m interested in a treat box but my dog has allergies. Can you cater for that?

Yes! Berry and Friends’ has been founded in the name of one of the owner’s dogs – Berry.

Berry is a 16 year old black Labrador who developed allergies to a number of very common ingredients including (but not limited to) chicken, beef, lamb, white fish and grains at around five years old. This meant she was unable to eat much of what is available in pet shops.

So Berry has been snacking on natural pet treats for many years now and is a very willing taste-tester along with her doggy sisters!

Simply let us know any allergies your dog has, plus their likes and dislikes, and we’ll create the perfect treat box for your furry friend.

I’m interested in a treat box but my dog has a sensitive stomach. Can you cater for that?

Yes! A lot of dogs have sensitivities to grains and additives, which are added ingredients a lot of dog treats. Berry and Friends Natural Treats do not include any grain, gluten, additives or preservatives. And if your pet has a sensitivity to any meat or fish – just let us know and we won’t include that in the box.

If your dog has a sensitive stomach and you’re not sure why, we recommend consulting with your vet.

How often do I have to have a subscription to qualify for free shipping?

Subscription boxes are monthly delivery to qualify for free shipping. Please note free shipping will only kick in after your first box.

You set your ‘per box’ budget upon registration, and if you need to change this at any stage just let us know.

Do I have to have a treat box to qualify for the subscription

No! If you have any particular item(s) that you want on a regular basis, you can set up a subscription for that/those in the same way as you would a treat box. The subscription would need to be monthly delivery to qualify. Please contact hello@berryandfriends.co.uk to arrange.

I’m going on holiday – can I pause my subscription?

Yes! If you have a subscription with Berry and Friends, you can pause it up to twice per year (with at least two weeks’ notice) for a maximum of one month.

Who do you use for postage?

We ship all over the UK and use a mixture of Amazon, DPD, Yodel and Royal Mail for our delivery service. However some postcodes may require a different delivery service (calculated a checkout).

What if my dog doesn’t like the treat(s)?

Unfortunately we can only accept refunds if the goods are damaged or faulty. It can be trial and error with some dogs – some are fussier than others(!). So if your pooch doesn’t like something, why not gift to a friend or family member’s furry friend then just pop us a message so we know not to include that type of treat for your pet again.

I’ve seen you have a dog blog section. Can I submit a blog for consideration?

Yes absolutely! Customer content is welcomed so please do email through any ideas and also don’t forget to share your photos of your furry friends enjoying Berry and Friends Natural Dog treats to our social media pages.
